  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage.

  • Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used.

  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty or damaged).
